Trust nema
It is a plant-derived nematicide used to control nematodes by reducing the size of root knots and destroying nematode eggs. It is applicable on soil, promotes physiological crop activity, and stimulates root growth. It targets plant parasitic nematodes. TRUST NEMA is our next generation nematicide built around our proprietary micronization technology.

Compatibility testing on a wide range of crops including tomatoes, cucumbers, melons, strawberries, and watermelons has shown over 80% efficacy by using this product. TRUST NEMA has been proven to significantly impact the population of parasitic nematode species including, but not limited to, root knot, burrowing, lesion, pin, and spiral.

Technical Specification

  • Mode of Action: TRUST NEMA minimizes root knots and egg hatching of Phyto nematodes by disrupting their feeding and reproduction. It also minimizes the effects of soil pathogens and various impediments caused from soil and climate factors. TRUST NEMA enhances plant disease resistance and stimulates root growth and plant health. Nematodes, or roundworms, comprise a diverse group of parasites. They are ubiquitous in freshwater, marine, and terrestrial environments, as they are able to adapt very well to different environmental conditions. They are the most numerous multi- cellular animals on earth. Some nematodes are beneficial to plant growth, but others are detrimental. TRUST NEMA targets the harmful nematodes, which attack plants and serve as carriers for plant viruses in crops.

  • Target Pest: Burrowing nematodes, lesion nematodes, pin nematodes, root knot nematodes, and spiral nematodes.

  • Target Crops: Cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, melons, strawberries, tomatoes, watermelons, clovers, alfalfa, sweet potato, potato, orchids, chrysanthemums, begonias, and ferns.
  •  When & How Do I Apply It?

Spray the product onto the soil using a sprayer every 7-10 days for up to 10 weeks. Apply to soil starting at the base of the plant making sure to cover the entire area under the canopy of the plant. Depending on the size of your plant you may have to spray a larger diameter of soil around your plant in order to treat the affected roots. Do not apply prior to excessive rains, since this may reduce product effectiveness. Do not water in for at least 12 hours after application.

Application Frequency Recommended for maintenance 1-2 times per month Heavy infestation and initial treatment every 7-10 days

DIRECTIONS FOR USE MIXING AND HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the required amount of Trust Nema in water with sufficient agitation to maintain a uniform suspension in the spray or mixing tank. Tank should be cleaned prior to use. Do not use highly alkaline or highly acidic water to mix sprays. Use a buffering agent if necessary to maintain neutrality (pH 6 to 8) of water in the tank. Maintain agitation during application. Apply immediately after mixing; do not allow spray mix to stand overnight
